Pädiko e.V. ist staatlich anerkannter Träger der Weiterbildung, Träger der freien Jugendhilfe und Mitglied im Bundesverband Deutscher Privatschulen. In der konkreten Umsetzung bedeutet dies seit 1986 jährlich ein vielseitiges pädagogisches Weiterbildungsprogramm für ErzieherInnen, PädagogInnen und pädagogisch Interessierte. Hier bietet Pädiko Tagesseminare und Zusatzqualifikationen in folgenden Bereichen an: Pädagogik und Gesellschaft, Förderung und Hilfe, Sozialmanagement, Natur und Umwelt, Musik und Tanz, Spiel und Kunst, Entspannung, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Gesundheit. Das Angebot von Pädiko e.V. umfasst außerdem Bildungsreisen, sowie Beratung und Coaching.
Vor allem ist Pädiko e.V. Träger von mehreren Kindertagesstätten, Waldkindergärten, Naturerlebnisgruppen in Kiel und Umgebung und bietet ein qualifiziertes Krippen- und Kindertagespflegeangebot durch angestellte und freie Tagespflegepersonen an. Die Kindertagesstätten orientieren sich an Elementen der Reggio-Pädagogik. Im Waldkindergarten können Kinder eine natürlich gewachsene Beziehung zur Natur und zu sich selbst aufbauen.
Diese Kombination von Theorie (Weiterbildung) und Praxis (Kinderbetreuung) ermöglicht praxisorientierte Weiterbildung und qualifizierte Arbeitsmöglichkeiten.
Ziel des Vereins ist es, pädagogische Initiativen zur Qualifizierung, insbesondere der Elementarerziehung und der Frauenbildung zu entwickeln und auszubauen. Die angebotenen Maßnahmen und Veranstaltungen sollen der demokratischen, kulturellen, sozialen, umweltbezogenen, gesundheitsbewussten und interkulturellen Bildung und Erziehung dienen. Es ist ein besonderes Anliegen des Vereins, die MitarbeiterInnen und Zielgruppen in ihrer Selbstbestimmung und Verantwortlichkeit zu stärken. Pädiko e.V. ist weder weltanschaulich noch politisch gebunden. Fortbildung, Kultur und Integration sind wesentliche Bestandteile unserer Arbeit.

Pädiko e.V. orientiert sich an Elementen der Reggio-Pädagogik. Die seit über 30 Jahren im norditalienischen Reggio-Emilia erprobte pädagogische Praxis geht von einem besonderen Bild vom Kind aus: Das Kind ist von Natur aus wissbegierig und verfügt über alle Ressourcen und Kompetenzen, die es für seine Entwicklung braucht, die sich in den "100 Sprachen" ausdrücken. Über das Experimentieren mit verschiedenen Ausdrucksmitteln erweitern Kinder ihre Fähigkeiten und erfahren, erleben und gestalten ihre Umwelt.

We about us
Pädiko is an accredited bearer of the continuing education, bearers of the free youth welfare and member in the federal association of German private schools. In the concrete conversion this means since 1986 yearly a many-sided educational continuing education programme for educators, pedagogues and educationally enthusiasts. Here Pädiko day seminars and additional qualifications offers in the following areas: Educational theory and society, support and help, social management, nature and environment, music and dance, play and art, relaxation, personality development and health. Moreover, the offer of Pädiko inc. encloses educational journeys, as well as consultation and Coaching. Above all Pädiko inc. is a bearer of several day-care centres, forest kindergartens, physical experience groups in Kiel and surroundings and offers certified cradles and child day care offer by hired and free day care people. The day-care centres orientate themselves by elements of the Reggio educational theory. In the forest kindergarten children can build up an of course grown respect with the nature and with themselves. This combination of theory (continuing education) and practise (care of children) allows practically oriented continuing education and certified working possibilities. The aim of the association is to develop educational initiatives for the qualification, in particular of the elementary education and the women's education and to develop. The offered measures and events should serve the democratic, cultural, social, environment-related and intercultural education conscious of health and education. A special concern of the association, the employees and target groups is to be strengthened in her self-determination and responsibilit. Pädiko is neither ideological nor is bound politically. Advanced training, culture and integration are essential components of our work.

Les mesures proposées et les manifestations doivent servir à la formation démocratique, culturelle, sociale, concernant l'environnement, consciente de santé et interculturelle et éducation. Une demande particulière de l'association, les collaboratrices et les cibles est à affermir dans sa libre disposition de soi-même et responsabilité. Pädiko e. V. n'est pas ni évident mondial et n'est pas attaché politiquement. La formation continue, culture et intégration sont les éléments essentiels de notre travail.

Más perezosamente de varias guarderías infantiles, guarderías de bosque, grupos de vivencia físicos en Kiel y alrededores y ofrece pesebres cualificados y oferta de cuidados de día de niños por personas de cuidados de día empleado y libres. В конкретном преобразовании это значит с 1986 каждый год разнообразную педагогическую программу переподготовки для воспитательниц, педагогов и педагогически заинтересованных. Здесь предлагает Pädiko дневные семинары и дополнительные квалификации в следующих областях: Педагогика и общество, содействие и помощь, социальный менеджмент, природа и окружающая среда, музыка и танец, игра и искусство, разрядка, развитие личности и здоровье. Кроме того, ассортимент Pädiko e.V. охватывает познавательные путешествия, а также совещание и Coaching.
